Returns must be made within 14 days of your package being dispatched.
Please take extra care when trying on your garments as we are not able to offer refunds to items which have marks, show signs of being worn or once the tags have been removed. Furthermore, we do not accept refunds on sale items.
Unfortunately due to being a small business we are unable to refund shipping costs and also ask if you could pay the postage fee for returning your package.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when returning your package, as we will not be responsible for items lost in the post.
Once we have received your item we will inspect the package. If it is in a good condition you should expect a refund within 14 days.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your package being dispatched.
We only offer exchanges if an item is faulty or if you wish to change to a different size. Exchanges are also subject to availability of stock.
We do not accept exchanges on orders outside of the UK. Instead exchanges will be processed as a refund.
